特宏興案 6涉案印尼漁工收押

宜蘭地檢署偵辦蘇澳籍漁船「特宏興368號」台籍船長和輪機長遭殺害案，印尼籍9名漁工經檢察官連夜複訊後，分別以涉嫌殺人、毀損、侵占罪嫌重大，向法院聲請羈押禁見，宜蘭地方法院今天上午裁定6名涉案印尼漁工收押，另外3名漁工則是將責付相關單位。

宜蘭檢方調查指出，印尼籍一名漁工因為與船長發生爭執，以船上的浮球攻擊船長後，再夥同另一名漁工共同毆打船長，之後再與其他5名漁工將船長丟入海中。擔心遭輪機長發現，再夥同其中4名漁工合力將輪機長丟入海中，之後，漁工破壞船上通訊設備後往印尼方向航行。

全案經檢察官複訊後，認為9名印尼漁工分別涉有殺人、侵占、毀損等罪嫌重大向法院聲請羈押禁見。宜蘭地方法院法官召開聲押庭後，裁定6名涉案印尼漁工收押，另外3名漁工責付相關單位。
