收到這家的offer 信中內容有要求些東西不能講所以有些事不要問我不能講明車輛工程部/Benchmarking中心/工程師這個部門的風氣如何? 加班的話經理說比較辛苦常加到6~7點我是覺得還好 N=華創碩士價搜華創的文跳過幾個如鬼神般的學歷就是了然後面試時口頭offer保(N-2)~N *16 人資打來確認時表示經理加碼成 N*17 12+(端午中秋各一)+年終3個月年終的部份中等績效是3個月有優良的部份會再加反正就是保17 offer到手上時只顯示底薪但是底薪有再加碼獎金的部份真的如上述? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.28.46
