【李卉婷／屏東報導】潭美颱風逼近，恆春半島午後吹起８級陣風，瞬間陣風更達１０級，海面白茫茫一片，海巡人員已經前往拉起封鎖線，淨空海灘、禁止遊客進入戲水，但仍有遊客在岸上觀浪。

今天又逢中元節，傳統習俗要祭拜好兄弟，民眾金紙還沒放入金桶裡就被風吹走，燒金桶也被吹倒在地，隨風滾動。
