潭美影響 雙鐵行車異動

受潭美影響，台鐵宣布今天下午6時以前西部幹線、花東線及南迴線均正常行駛；宜蘭線、北迴線對號列車、平溪線區間車、阿里山森林鐵路從下午1時起停駛，區間車正常行駛，並視風雨狀況機動停駛。台鐵提醒，列車停駛或中斷時，持未乘期間的乘車票，15天內可辦理全額退票。

台灣高鐵則宣布，下午5時後取消直達列車，保留每站停靠的車次，並改以全車自由座方式服務，潭美海上颱風警報期間，未搭乘或無法搭乘原預定車次列車的旅客，一年內可辦退票，免收手續費。
