【綜合報導】潭美颱風暴風圈在今天上午11時已進入台灣北部及東北部陸地，颱風環流的雨帶也逐漸移入台灣陸地，而美國CNN氣象預報指出，潭美颱風的威力可能不會減弱。

CNN指出，潭美的颱風中心不會登陸台灣，因此颱風的結構很難被破壞，導致潭美的威力不會減弱，並以西北方向朝中國福建飛去，預計今日傍晚福州就會感受到潭美的威力。
