怪颱逢大潮　朱立倫要求沿海加強戒備

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市長朱立倫上午前往塔寮坑抽水站巡視，水利局指出，抽水站新增4座抽水機，從每秒抽水量80噸提升至120噸，防範塔寮坑溪淹水情況。朱立倫表示，新北轄內77個抽水站已做好防颱準備，低窪與警示區已疏散安置540人。

朱立倫說，今天是農曆七月十五日適逢大潮，又遇上輕颱潭美，淡水、八里等沿海地區要特別注意。另外，颱風走後帶來的西南氣流，桃竹苗山區將有豐沛雨量，石門水庫若洩洪，大漢溪週遭區域在颱風過後應特別戒備。
