【蔡進男／基隆報導】清晨4時基隆暖暖山區道路出現路樹倒塌，由於路樹占據半條馬路，警方先拉起封鎖線警示用路人，立即通知公所人員趕來排除，人員利用電鋸將橫躺馬路的樹幹鋸斷，以便恢復交通順暢。
