【短片】潭美暴風圈下午觸陸　全台防豪雨

【綜合報導】中央氣象局預報科課長陳怡良今天清晨指出，輕颱潭美今天影響最明顯，以時速25里轉快撲台，今天午後北部籠罩在暴風圈內，預計下午1時至2時，暴風圈將觸陸。

陳怡良表示，該颱外圍雲系旺盛且挾沛水氣，西北颱帶來雨勢驚人，未來24小時內不可輕怠，北台戒備、全台嚴防有超大豪雨或大豪雨威脅，沿海地區防強西南風，潭美直到明天上午才會逐漸遠離。
