中職／教練團改組 王金勇擔任打擊教練

中信接手象隊以來，球隊規劃牛步進行，也讓廣大象迷等得心急，今天終於正式宣布，球隊名稱就是中信兄弟，也證實主場續留台北。

保留象為吉祥物，馮寄台解釋，除了符合球迷期待外，「象是以家庭為重心的群居動物，和中信宗旨一樣。」也告訴球員，「穿著球衣是中信兄弟，脫了球衣還是中信一員，只要球員誠信打球，會照顧到球員退休後的生活。」

教練團也將有全新氣象，「草總」表示王金勇將改任打擊教練，原打擊教練許閔嵐改調二軍，林明憲兼任外野守備教練；此外，將另覓日籍投手教練和內野守備教練，原投手教練葉詠捷改任助理投手教練。

中信兄弟暫時借用兄弟龍潭球場，接下來訓練基地和球員宿舍將移往何處？球團表示仍在傷腦筋中；領隊人選則是已經內部定案，還需最後確認，馮寄台只願透露：「是非常喜歡棒球的人。」
