（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北2014年1月5日電）大陸浙江省通報1例人染H7N9禽流感，患者是34歲住在諸暨市的女性，從事殺雞業，目前病危，是入秋第15例(包括台灣境外移入)。

中央流行疫情指揮中心與中國大陸衛生單位確認，患者是住在浙江省諸暨市34歲蔡姓女子，職業是賣殺白雞，患者去年底發病，今年1月4日確認，目前病危仍在急救。

疾管署副署長周志浩說，中國大陸及香港去年入秋後H7N9人類病例累計通報14例，其中浙江省6例、廣東省5例、香港2例（廣東省深圳市移入），及上海市1例；若計入台灣境外移入1例，則共有15例。

周志浩說，自去年3月31日中國大陸暴發H7N9疫情開始至今，大陸及香港共確認148例，其中48例死亡。另外，台灣也累計2例境外移入確定病例。

周志浩說，大陸廣東省、浙江省、江蘇省、上海市的旅遊疫情為「警示」，其餘各省市（不含港澳）為第一級：注意。指揮中心提醒計畫前往中國大陸的民眾，務必保持良好衛生習慣，避免接觸禽鳥。
