南蘇丹衝突雙方 啟動直接談判

南蘇丹交戰雙方在衣索比亞首都阿迪斯阿貝巴展開直接談判，談判的焦點將會是停火及釋放政治犯。迄今為止，交戰雙方僅透過調停人對話。

關於直接談判的進程，雖然沒有時間表，但是，據悉調停人已促雙方盡快達成一致。不過，雙方都認為自己占上風，立場差別大，恐怕很難達成協議。

另外，聯合國在南蘇丹的官員說，他們4日聽到首都朱巴郊區長時間傳出槍聲。南蘇丹過去三個星期以來，前副總統馬查爾領導的叛軍和總統基爾的政府軍發生激烈衝突，導致至少1000人喪生，超過18萬人流離失所。救援人員說，許多難民沒有棲身之地、飲用水、衛生設施。

南蘇丹的局勢也牽動著中國神經。中國是南蘇丹最大的外國投資者，中石油、中石化均在當地油田持有股份。目前中國在當地的石油工人已轉移至朱巴。
