寒流來襲 美國將遇最低溫

美國國家氣象局說，20年來溫度最低的北極寒流將吹襲中西部，芝加哥6日氣溫可能降到攝氏零下23度，成為史上最冷的天氣。強烈的風勢可能帶來「極危險的」風寒效應，5日晚上東北部州部分地區民眾，將感覺溫度降到零下45到51度，皮膚暴露在這種天氣下只要5分鐘就會凍傷。當局建議民眾儲備好糧食待在家裡避寒。
