各位板上前輩好: 小弟目前在知名航空公司服務，工作在機坪，需要風吹雨淋，需要輪班月薪38k左右，但福利還不錯，只是被輪班和工作環境弄得心力憔悴.. 所以決定過年後投入傳產金日實業公司，薪水整整少了8k，但周休二日也有較多的時間能自己規劃，兼差時薪較高的工作。雖然說生活是自己的，自己感覺最重要，不過大環境的價值觀，第一時間還是覺得大公司好.. 想和大家討論的是，大公司跳小公司，會不會覺得很可惜? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.14.175.114
