永豐餘排廢水案 環局告林務局

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣2013年12月20日電）永豐餘中華紙漿花蓮廠排水污染案，媒體引用花蓮林管處副處長黃麗萍資料，指環保局官員怠惰。花蓮縣環保局長饒忠今天控告黃麗萍加重誹謗罪。

媒體引用林務局花蓮林管處採樣資料，並採訪黃麗萍的說法，報導永豐餘中華紙漿花蓮廠偷排廢水，污染花蓮溪，並指環保局官員怠惰。

饒忠今天上午在律師張照堂陪同下，到花蓮地檢署控告黃麗萍妨害名譽及加重誹謗罪。張照堂表示，依據媒體報導指出，「環保局人員私下拜託不要再調查華紙污染事件」，針對這句話提出告訴。

黃麗萍表示，環保局可能誤會，媒體的報導和她的發言有出入，既然環保局已經提告，她會到法庭把真相說清楚。
