查排放污染 雄檢帶回7人偵訊

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄2013年12月20日電）高雄市兩家電鍍業者涉嫌偷排含鎳廢水和廢強酸溶液遭查獲，雄檢今天帶回7人偵訊，林姓負責人以新台幣20萬元交保，6人請回。

高雄市環保局分別於15日和17日，查獲連益電鍍廠和德鎂金屬表面科技公司涉嫌排放未經處理的含鎳廢水及廢強酸溶液，污染典寶溪、後勁溪。

檢方18日傳喚德鎂負責人蔡姓男子和黃姓、張姓現場操作員工，偵訊後諭令黃姓和張姓操作員工各以2萬元交保，遭聲押的蔡男被法院裁定以20萬元交保。

檢方今天再搜索兩家公司，帶回連益林姓負責人和員工共7人，並查扣一批資料。訊後，林男以20萬元交保，6人請回。

檢方初步查出，德鎂未設置廢水儲存和處理等設備，連益排放廢水許可已到期，向環保局申請延長期限尚未獲准。
