策略結盟 鴻海黑莓簽5年約

（中央社台北2013年12月20日電）深陷困境的加拿大智慧型手機大廠黑莓公司（BlackBerry Ltd. US-BBRY）和鴻海 (2317) 簽訂5年期策略結盟合約，明年將為印尼和其他高速成長市場打造裝置。

根據今天發出的聲明內容，鴻海將在印尼與墨西哥的工廠為黑莓製造產品。黑莓將擁有全數智慧財產權，並為鴻海生產的裝置執行產品保證。

雙方交易條款並未公開。

黑莓今天同時公布，第3季每股虧損67美分，彭博社彙整的分析師預估均值為46美分；當季營收11.9億美元，不如預估均值15.9億美元。（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
