11月半導體B/B值 達1.11 連2月大於1

國際半導體材料產業協會(SEMI)公布11月北美半導體設備製造商訂單出貨值(B/B Ratio)，達1.11，已連續 2 個月大於 1 ，較10月持續攀升。

SEMI統計，11月北美半導體設備商 3 個月的平均訂單金額為12.4億美元，較10月的11.2億美元成長10.1%，較去年同期7.19億美元，大幅成長72.3%。

11月北美半導體設備商 3 個月的平均出貨金額則為11.1億美元，較10月10.7億美元增加 4 %，較去年同期9.1億美元也增加22.4%。

11月的B/B Ratio達1.11，已連續 2 個月大於 1 ，較10月也持續成長，不過仍低於 3 月的1.14。

SEMI指出，年底半導體設備訂單金額持續向上成長，較去年同期強勁成長，趨勢預期可望延續至明年，看好明年設備投資金額將向上回升。
