削價競爭售劣質滅火器 5業者交保

部分滅火器充填及檢修廠商因削價競爭，為降低成本，涉嫌將回收的舊鋼瓶，未作水壓測試，就充填藥劑，或是充填未經認證的回收二手藥粉，檢方傳喚業者到案說明，共有5家涉及不法，昨晚到今晨分別以5萬元及10萬元交保，依涉嫌偽造文書、詐欺偵辦。

這5家業者為立陽消防設備工程行、瑞興消防工業公司、大台南消防實業公司、北安消防工程、正信消防企業社，其中多處高鐵車站委託立陽回收檢修滅火器。

襄閱主任檢察官蔡麗宜表示，查獲3家未作回收瓶的水壓測試，就填充藥粉，兩家使用二手回收藥粉，充填滅火器販售給客戶。這些廠商的委託客戶，遍及中南部地區，除嘉義、台南、左營3個高鐵車站，共600餘支滅火器檢修不實外。另在台南地區有多處學校、旅館、餐廳、大樓，也都委託回收檢修滅火器，擔心會有檢修不實的情況，形成消防安全漏洞。

蔡麗宜指出，檢察官已請消防局針對檢修不實的滅火器全面清查，以免火災發生時，造成憾事。
