（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2013年12月13日電）高雄地檢署偵辦日月光涉嫌排放廢水污染案，今傳喚K7廠長蘇炳碩等人到案。檢察官晚間將蘇炳碩聲請羈押。日月光表示，尊重司法，不便表示意見。

日月光涉嫌排放廢水污染案，高雄地檢署今天傳喚日月光K7廠長蘇炳碩、廢水組主任蔡奇勳及顏姓經理等人到案。

偵查庭晚間約6時左右庭訊結束，檢察官將蘇炳碩聲請羈押。

對此日月光表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開原則，不便對案情表示任何意見。
