（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2013年12月13日電）高市環保局最快12月21日發出勒令停工，日月光表示，準備與高雄市環保局溝通廢水處理改正計劃。

日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染，排放資料又涉嫌造假，高雄市環保局口頭勒令停工，如果廠方陳述不被接受，最快21日停工。

對此，日月光表示，準備與高雄市環保局溝通廢水處理改正計劃，目前並未收到任何勒令停工裁量。
