Title:中學生大自然瑜珈英語營 International Yoga Camp for Teenagers—Build with Nature 一個個蓄勢待發的能量，理想正進入這些小小的心靈裡，我們的青少年將引領著下一個世 紀的到來。 在對地球友好生活的國際生態村中，青少年們將以8-10人混齡分組由各組的外國老師及外 文流利的台藉老師引導學習。 傾聽內在的聲音，透過自省，覺察外在生活。藉著瑜伽、悅性飲食、土地互動與不同國籍 文化的交流，體驗如何在生命的波流中維持身、心、靈的動態平衡,。 Explore all aspects of personal, social and environmental sustainability.
