迎冬至 中市驗湯圓4件不合格

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中13日電）到了冬天吃湯圓季節，台中市衛生局抽驗湯圓、芋圓、地瓜圓等食品，發現4件違規添加防腐劑，將依法開罰。

衛生局指出，這次共抽驗超市、傳統市場、知名攤商共20件湯圓，發現4件食品不符合規定。其中，豐原區仙草店販售的小湯圓，被驗出依法不可添加的防腐劑「去水醋酸」0.257g/kg。上游業者表示，為避免湯圓太快酸敗，才會添加少量去水醋酸。

而大雅區攤商販售的芋圓、地瓜圓，以及西屯區攤商販售的混合湯圓，分別被驗出防腐劑「苯甲酸」過量，業者則辯稱是為了增加口感。

台中市衛生局長黃美娜表示，已要求業者立即下架銷毀產品，對違法業者將依法處新台幣3萬元以上、300萬元以下罰鍰，也提醒民眾選購時注意店家環境衛生，看清楚包裝標示。1021213
