富邦金控總經理許婉美今天首度明確表示，「今年業績表現非常好，考慮年度加薪」，惟加薪比率仍無法對外報告；而員工加薪將根據績效做差異化。

富邦金控前11月累計稅後純益達322.09億元，每股稅後純益3.27元，雙雙超越去年全年水準，更刷新前（2011）年全年稅後純益寫下的歷史高點，今年獲利篤定再創新高。
