與輔導少女警局廁所口交　色警判緩刑5年

警員陳鼎峰曾獲警方忠義楷模，2010至2012年於新北市汐止分局烘內派出所任職期間，先後與2名所內受輔導少女性交，士林地院依與未成年人性交罪，判決陳徒刑2年、緩刑5年，且重傷警譽，令他交付保護管束，並提供100小時的公益服務。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，33歲的陳鼎峰在新北市汐止分局烘內派出所任職期間，先後與2名所內受輔導少女上床，帶著2少女四處上汽車旅館及車震，甚至還與其中1名少女在派出所的廁所內口交，東窗事發後，陳男被依妨害性自主罪起訴，並遭停職、妻子也跟他離婚。

法官查出，陳姓警員與2少女是合意性交，且事後各以12萬及60萬與2少女家屬和解，其中1名少女更表示不欲追究其刑責，士林地院因此依與未成年人性交罪，判決陳徒刑2年、緩刑5年，但法官斥責陳姓警員「色令智昏」，重傷警譽，令他交付保護管束，並提供100小時的公益服務。
