高雄墓地變建地　地價漲近1倍

【郭寶懃／台北報導】高雄市楠梓區加昌路以北與海專路以東的「高雄海專東側農業區」，未來重劃總面積為3.3萬坪，原使用分區為墓地，範圍內還有楠梓區後勁納骨塔，拖了10年，已在今年6月拆遷完畢，10月完成區段徵收的土地分配，整地後，環境品質提升，周邊地價也悄悄上漲1倍。

永慶不動產高雄楠梓台糖加盟店店東鄭博仁指出，過去此區雖然是墓地，但經過市地重劃，加上鄰近捷運站、學區、省道台1線與楠梓交流道，目前土地已從每坪12萬元，漲到每坪20萬元以上。
