郭美珠告馬英九案勘驗影片不成　加告法官

【賴又嘉／台北報導】資深藝人郭美珠10年前參加白曉燕基金會募款餐會，花25萬元標下時任台北市長馬英九的領帶，卻遲未收到領帶，2年前總統府雖透過前立委李復興轉送1條領帶，但郭發現根本不是同1條，憤而提起返還不當得利訴訟，要求馬英九返還25萬元。
 
台北地院下午開庭，郭美珠要求法官勘驗當年拍賣領帶的光碟不成，質疑法官包庇馬英九，庭訊結束後，立即到台北地檢署，告發承審法官詹駿鴻及馬英九委任律師洪文浚涉嫌強制罪。
