女網拍仿冒品獲緩起訴　須服40小時勞務

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名19歲蔡姓女子在露天拍賣網站批發仿冒睡袍、抱枕、隱型眼鏡盒等物品後，再上網販售，警方上網發現下標購買隱型眼鏡盒，確定蔡女涉嫌販賣仿冒品，日前持搜索票到蔡女家中，搜出115件仿冒商品，訊後她被依違反《商標法》送辦。蔡女坦承犯行，商標權人也表示不對蔡女提告，全案偵結，檢察官予以1年緩起訴處分，緩起訴期間蔡女須接受40小時的義務勞動。
