【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里鎮清潔家園動起來，由民間社團發起認養打掃街道及公共空間，目前已有鎮內15個社團嚮應，決定每一至二個星期掃街一次，今天上午鎮公所帶頭仿效力行，動員30多名志工打掃公所附近幾條街廓。

鎮長周義雄表示，維護整潔環境大家都有責任，呼籲鎮民養成不隨手丟垃圾習慣，商店住家前後自行打掃乾淨，公共區域由認養單位負責清理，還給鎮民乾淨市容，不要再讓外界笑我們髒。
