三星遭罰千萬　國內首度依公平法24條開罰

【張勵德／台北報導】今年4月台灣三星電子引爆「寫手門」事件，公平交易委員今天宣布重罰三星公司1千萬元罰鍰，受雇的鵬泰公司與商多利公司各處300萬及5萬元罰鍰，即3家業者共遭罰1305萬元。公平會副主委孫立群表示，這個案例是國內首次用《公平交易法》第24條「足以影響交易秩序之欺罔行為」規定開罰。
