民生詐欺頻傳　衛福部擬提高刑度罰則

【沈能元／台北報導】大統假油事件，衛生福利部部長邱文達今表示，衛福部針對163家油品工廠稽查行動，目前已完成138家，預定明天全面稽查完畢，並分次公布稽查結果，行政院下周也將組成跨部會稽查小組，將對成分宣稱100％的市售民生產品展開大稽查，以糾出不良產品，本周六將會進行研討會，研擬對民生詐欺案件提高刑度與罰則。

衛福部長邱文達今至立院社會福利及衛生環境委員會「醫療糾紛處理及醫療事故補償法草案」備詢，對於媒體質疑邱文達在大統假油事件不斷閃避，邱文達反駁說，假油事件發生後，一直全力找出問題，沒有閃避，「該負責的一定會負起責任」，而目前國內未對棉籽油的棉籽酚制定限量標準，衛福部將邀集專家學者，並依照世界各國資料，研擬制定棉籽酚限量標準。\
