【張渝萍／綜合外電報導】想喝啤酒，現在可以自己動手釀，美國西雅圖的米歇爾兄弟發明啤酒自釀機（PicoBrew Zymatic），只需要一周時間，就可釀出新鮮品質好的啤酒。

這款微波爐大小的釀酒機最近亮相，售價1600美元（約4.7萬元台幣），業者號稱它只需要加入3樣原料，水、穀類及啤酒花，按下按鈕，接著等待一個星期，就能釀出一桶的高品質的全麥芽啤酒。釀酒時先加入5加侖的水及穀類、啤酒花，等待機器處理約3個半小時後，再加入酵母，放置一周即可。
