誇張！性侵胞妹4次　稱願抄經懺悔

新北市一名23歲男子於去年9月喝醉酒，竟想性侵自己17歲親生妹妹，妹妹奮力掙扎將他踢下床才罷手，但妹妹身心飽受煎熬，於是向友人哭訴，友人幫忙報案後經檢警調查，發現男子7年前就曾性侵年僅11歲的妹妹，前後共4次。男子到案後還說：「願抄佛經誦經懺悔。」

根據《蘋果日報》報導，這名男子從事保險業務員，在檢警追查下發現，男子7年前就開始性侵就讀國小六年級的妹妹，前後共性侵4次。男子到案後稱自己都是看了A片，一時忍不住才出事，還說願意「抄佛經誦經懺悔」。

被害妹妹告訴檢警，先前被哥哥性侵時，她因不知所措只好裝睡，事後認為爸媽比較疼愛哥哥，不會相信她說的話，才一直沒向爸媽求助。

新北地院日前宣判，基於男子前兩次性侵妹妹時尚未成年，移由少年法庭審理，後兩次則分依對未成年血親性交罪、強制性交罪，合併判刑5年2月。全案可上訴。
