【綜合報導】住在美國華盛頓國家動物園的貓熊美香，在上月23日產下一隻貓熊寶寶，性別是女生，而昨日園方為牠進行健康檢查，發現出生還不滿1月的牠，已經頭好壯壯。

貓熊寶寶的身長已經達到27公分，但目前眼睛還未張開。園方前2日也發現，貓熊寶寶試著學翻身，而牠現在只會「翻正面」，還沒辦法翻回背面，但從健檢的照片看來，貓熊寶寶的前肢已經可以微微撐起。而園方預計等貓熊寶寶滿百日後，就會命名。
