【短片】劉政鴻說不告　陳為廷嗆：別孩子氣

【綜合報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻昨天晚上去張藥房家上香，遭抗議的清大學生陳為廷用球鞋丟中額頭，劉表示將不會提告，對此，陳為廷嗆說，要劉政鴻「不要那麼孩子氣，該怎麼做就怎麼做」。
 
陳為廷說，希望劉不要好像「賭一口氣、私人恩怨，就這樣變來變去」。
 
陳為廷說，劉政鴻說不提告是作秀，「表現好像很寬容大度的樣子，很虛偽」，因為過去這麼多的抗爭場合，他都一再的提告，這次是在喪家這邊，姿態放軟換取同情，這是沒有用的，因為，「你要是對抗爭者這麼寬容，願意聽聽抗爭者的聲音，就不會在過去這段時間，這麼多年來，用這麼多爛術去打壓抗議你的人」。
 
今天在張藥房家，也有前來聲援的美術老師，在門口手繪張森文生前畫像，來佈置靈堂。
