【短片】CNN稱天兔雨帶長　日預測持續增強

【綜合報導】今年第19號颱風天兔昨晚已轉為中度颱風，日本氣象廳預測，天兔目前朝西方和西北西方向前進，預計後天颱風中心會進入巴士海峽，而屆時強度可能會增強。

美國CNN報導則指出，天兔結構完整，勢必給全台帶來雨水。而天兔的雨帶長，台灣東部將首當其衝，必須嚴防豪大雨發生。

氣象局則預計今天深夜到明晨發布海上颱風警報，明午前後將發布陸上警報。

日本氣象廳預測，預計後天天兔颱風中心會進入巴士海峽，而屆時強度可能會增強。
