【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）在FOMC（Federal Open Market Committee，聯邦公開市場委員會）會後記者會上解釋維持QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）規模不變的原因，但避談個人去留及未來計劃。
