Fed理事預期2015年升息人數減少

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）發布最新展望報告，儘管多數理事仍預期超低利率將在2015年結束、首度展開升息，但抱此看法人數由6月的14人減為12人，預估2016年才會啟動升息人數則由1人增至2人。
