(代PO) 大家好，小妹最近取得兩間公司的offer，內心有點掙扎，想聽聽各位前輩們的意見^^ 學歷：四大碩士 公司 日月光 Garmin 地點 高雄 林口 職位 品保工程師(5職等) 物料管理專員 薪資 N*14 N*14+ 底薪n 底薪N 伙食津貼+獎金=N-n=6 工時 9hrs-12hrs 9hrs-12hrs 聽說很準時? 住宿 家 公司宿舍(單人套房) 公司全額補助2年 但須自付水電與管理費 交通 機車 機車 小妹是高雄人，在高雄工作的話可以很省，去G的話就會多一些花費。 研究所念的，比較能應付ASE的工作內容，而G的工作內容對我來說很有挑戰性+陌生。 面試G時主管說物管的壓力會很大，G的HR也提到這個職務的流動性很大， 會有點擔心自己應付不了 升遷方面，不太了解G的升遷制度，畢竟我的職稱是專員，不知道有沒有機會升到工程師 聽說工程師在G的福利和地位比專員高很多? 而聽說我的部門沒有工程師。 是有聽說在ASE通常2年可以升等? 調薪方面，這兩間的調薪幅度皆不了解 懇請各位前輩不吝給我意見與指教，謝謝大家^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.107.168
