康芮颱風已經離開台灣，其帶來強降雨對台灣造成傷害，台鐵今(29)日晚間21時表示，因康芮來襲，總計影響4萬5千人。

台鐵指初，至29日21時，因受德元埤洩洪影響，新營－林鳳營間溫厝廓溪橋水位超過警戒線，嘉義－高雄間對號列車仍停駛，區間列車將視路線影響情形機動調整行駛。

統計至29日20時止，計影響對號列車42列次，延誤555分，旅客約21,000人，區間列車200列次，旅客約24,000人，總計影響45,000人。

有關明(30)日的行車狀況，台鐵說，阿里山森林鐵路，因阿里山國家森林遊樂區休園繼續停駛，原8月30日第二梯次「CK124仲夏寶島號雙鐵之旅」郵輪式列車(車次2387次)取消開行。另外，縱貫線嘉義－高雄間及集集線源泉－濁水及水里－車埕間，需待水位退去，並經凌晨路線巡察，確認安全無虞後，才會恢復行駛外，其餘路段各級列車恢復正常行駛。

台鐵也提醒，颱風期間列車停駛或路線中斷時，持未搭乘乘車票，可於15天內(含當日)洽就近車站全額退票。
