【顏振凱、蘇聖怡／台北報導】「公投護台灣聯盟」總召集人蔡丁貴晚間11時17分左右，率10餘位先前翻過鐵欄杆進入立院院區內民眾意圖衝向立院大門，和警方發生激烈衝突，群眾一度潑水，但面對警方強勢防堵，蔡等人無法衝入大門，群眾控有女子被警方脫衣拖入院內，要求警方放人，警方則部署警力圍著蔡等人，雙方在立院內大門口前對峙。
