【顏振凱、蘇聖怡／台北報導】晚間10時左右，立院前爆發警民衝突，立院正門，面對中山南路方向外牆上多數鐵欄杆遭意圖衝入立院民眾拆除，警民對峙氣氛緊繃，警方在晚間11時左右，開始不斷警告仍在搖晃未拆下鐵欄杆民眾，要開始逮捕暴力份子，並請「逮捕組」走出立院外，「逮捕組注意，依法逮捕」，群眾則高喊「警察後退！」

11時5分，警方開始強勢把部分先前衝入立院內拉布條民眾帶離，民眾抗拒，和警方推擠衝突不斷。
