國際刑警組織預警　「基地」已策動多國監獄暴動

【綜合報導】國際刑警組織繼美國國務院日前發出「全球旅遊警示」後，稍早也發表聲明，指伊拉克、利比亞和巴基斯坦等9個國家，在過去9個月間接連發生囚犯越獄事件，導致數百名恐怖份子逃走，相信這些事件都與「基地」組織(ai-Qaeda)有關，呼籲190個會員國保持警覺，並協助調查事件。

目前除了美國外，英國與法國基於保安理由，也已宣佈關閉駐葉門領事館兩天。
