關中：職業年金強調自助互助

考試院院長關中今天表示，職業年金有助於政府財政穩定，年金改革規畫過程中，職業年金具有保險性質，多強調自助互助，而非完全依賴政府的補助和收益保證。兩者間的比例朝個人多負責任、政府少負責任發展，這是這次改革的主要特色。
