標題[問題] 停紅燈被推撞 賠償事宜~

事由： 1.停紅燈，被後方車子推撞 2.下車查看，對方直接說他不小心撞到，會理賠 3.警察剛好在旁邊，馬上來畫線處理後續 4.進警局寫筆錄談後續賠償問題(當時說沒有保險，事後他父親打電話就說有，會請保險公司處理) 5.對方口頭承諾理賠，請我直接去維修再拿收據跟他請款 問題： 我有直接打電話給TOYOTA原廠維修人員詢問，因我車況外表還算蠻新的，我車子後方保險桿部份擦傷變得很醜，我想要求換新的保險桿，但原廠人員說要對方保險公司評估過後說能換才能換，不然只能依他評估的方式做維修理賠 目前是還沒去讓保險公司評估，想先詢問一下後續如何處理才得當？ 我能否要強烈要求換新的保險桿？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.188.241
