本人車款為三菱laner 前擋已經設有行車紀錄器行車紀錄器主要作用在於釐清肇事責任最近在板上看到有人除了裝設前擋以外，另外又裝設一台行車紀錄器在後擋但是我覺得行車紀錄器裝設在前擋比裝設在後擋的必要性大很多？因為前擋行車紀錄器用到的機率比後擋大很多有人說：這就好像買保險一樣。我覺得不是每一種保險都有必要況且若後車追撞前車，即使前車沒有在後擋裝設行車紀錄器，肇事責任應該也是後車責任較大，那麼行車紀錄器有裝設在後擋的必要嗎？如果有必要，那麼連左右側邊也有裝設的必要了另外一種情況，假設丙車追撞乙車，乙車推撞甲車在乙車上前後都有裝設行車紀錄器但後擋紀錄器無法和前擋紀錄器無法連成一氣的話，亦即紀錄器上時間有差異性，那前後擋行車紀錄器能同時成為證據嗎? 另外，除了裝在後擋的行車紀錄器外，有人裝設行車紀錄器在後面車牌或後保險桿上嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.42.113
