微星MSI平板無法關機

我是剛拿到的微星MSI 7吋平板，
但開機關的時候都感覺怪怪的，
1.平常待機時，按了開機按鈕不會有反應(都要長按開機，但是我明明沒關機阿，而且會變成安全模式)
2.使用完想要關機，長按開機紐沒有反應

因為是新的，所以我很困擾是不是我使用方式錯誤了，
還是這台平版本身有故障阿，
有人有遇到過相同經驗嗎?
