（中央社巴庫29日吉漢電）亞塞拜然蘇姆蓋特市（Sumgayit）政府官員辦公室委託烘烤出一條歐洲最長的蛋糕，足足有52公尺長。

這條蛋糕在「世界亞塞拜然人團結日」（WorldAzerbaijani Solidarity Day）前夕烘烤出爐。數以千計亞塞拜然人湧入展示蛋糕的廣場。

烘焙蛋糕早已成為蘇姆蓋特市一年一度的傳統盛事，蘇姆蓋特市也藉著每年將蛋糕加長1公尺，打破自己創下的紀錄。

蘇姆蓋特市將烘焙蛋糕的任務委託給1家土耳其食品公司。這家公司至少準備了2萬6000顆雞蛋、2250公斤麵粉、1975公斤糖和1100公斤的堅果。在展出一段時間後，這條蛋糕將分送給人民享用。

這條歐洲最長蛋糕重達近12公噸，耗費10天烘烤。1021229
