標題[提問] 求救!!門票被卡住了~

幫朋友問一個買票問題，她在ibon網站買了兩張票，但進入刷卡畫面時當機了，她還沒輸入任何號碼就掰了，結果再登入時，網站卻顯示刷卡中，但沒有任何取票序號，沒辦法取到票，她打電話到ibon網站詢問，第一次工作人員跟她說5小時候訂單會取消，請她重買，但隔了快半天訂單都沒有取消，第二次工作人員跟她說周一有可能清票，再去重買，但不確定清票時間，請問她有什麼方法重新取得這兩張票嗎? 我沒遇到這種窘境，想問怎樣能幫她呢？若發問不妥，會再自刪。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.130.162 ※ 編輯: ruujer 來自: 118.168.130.162 (12/29 15:14)
