天冷捐血少 南市血庫拉警報

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南2013年12月29日電）天氣冷影響民眾捐血意願，台南捐血中心血庫缺血，台南市政府將在31日舉辦捐血活動，盼帶動捐血的人氣。

台南捐血中心組長黃裕雄指出，天氣太冷影響了捐血人挽袖意願，血庫庫存在每年冬季嚴重下降，近日A型及O型血的庫存都已降到安全存量標準的7天以下，需要捐血人踴躍相挺。

經台南捐血中心拜訪台南地區各機關單位後，獲得不少正面回應。台南市友聯獅子會今天在台南公園舉辦捐血暨摸彩活動，提供烤香腸與咖啡優惠；玄武慈善會則將在明年1月1日舉辦捐血送白米活動，盼吸引人氣。

台南市政府決定在31日於民治市政中心舉辦捐血活動，安排多名市府單位主管帶頭挽袖，盼帶動人氣，幫捐血中心血庫解決血荒。
