巴西對國民海外消費課重稅

巴西28日對國民在國外的信用卡消費增課6個百分點的重稅，讓這種稅的稅率從0.38%暴增為6.38%。國民在國外用旅行支票消費，或在國外提款機提款，也都適用。這項措施預計會讓巴西政府明年增加約台幣61億元的稅收。
